After treatment
Survivorship care, after treatment ends.
Treatment ends and the appointments thin out. The surveillance scans begin, the fear of recurrence has nowhere to go, and the NHS GP is sympathetic but rushed. The end of treatment is not the finish line.
What's included
- One in-person consultation every six weeks
- Secure-messaging access during working hours with same-week response
- An annual late-effects screening review
- Quarterly surveillance bloodwork coordination
- Discharge-summary archiving and oncologist liaison as needed
- Access to the Trusted Partners network
Who this is for
Patients two to five years past treatment who want continuity, surveillance explained, and recurrence anxiety taken seriously.
In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. Conditions outside this scope are referred on.
